في ألمانيا والنمسا يمكنك عادةً قيادة سكوتر 50 سم³ بسرعة حتى 45 كم/س برخصة الفئة B، لأن AM مشمولة فيها. أما سكوتر 125 سم³ فيتطلب A1 أو، في ألمانيا، الرمز B196، وهو صالح داخل البلد فقط. وتنطبق قواعد مختلفة في سويسرا.
ما هو B196؟
