Sommige verhuurders bieden bezorging aan, herkenbaar aan de vermelding “Bezorging mogelijk”. De kosten hangen af van de afstand en zie je voordat je je aanvraag verstuurt.
Hoe werkt een aanvraag op Rentlo?
Kies een voertuig, geef je gewenste periode op en verstuur de aanvraag. De verhuurder bevestigt die, daarna ontvang je alle details voor het ophalen.
Kan ik annuleren?
Ja. Dan gelden de annuleringsvoorwaarden van de verhuurder, die je ziet voordat je je aanvraag verstuurt: hoe eerder je annuleert, hoe meer je terugkrijgt.

How does renting in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland work?
Choose a vehicle, pick your dates and send a request. Once the rental company confirms, you pay securely online and collect the car or have it delivered.
When do I pay?
Only once the rental company has confirmed your request. Payment runs via Stripe.
Which payment methods are available?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, iDEAL and Klarna. For some vehicles you can pay 10 % online and the rest in cash at pick-up.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The rental company decides per vehicle. Many deposits can be paid online; otherwise on site.

Waar let je op vóór je aanvraag?
Controleer vóór je aanvraag de borg, de inbegrepen kilometers, de minimumleeftijd en hoe lang je je rijbewijs al moet hebben. Op Rentlo staan deze gegevens bij elk voertuig, zo kom je bij het ophalen niet voor verrassingen te staan.
Borg en betaling
Veel verhuurders innen de borg via creditcard; sommige accepteren ook contant geld, een pinpas bij het ophalen of vragen helemaal geen borg. Welke opties mogelijk zijn, zie je bij elk voertuig onder “Borg”.
Vroeg aanvragen loont
In het weekend, op feestdagen en in het trouwseizoen zijn populaire voertuigen snel vergeven. Wie vroeg aanvraagt, heeft de meeste keus en vaak een betere prijs.
