Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG).

Role of Rentlo
Rentlo operates an online marketplace on which commercial rental companies offer vehicles. Rental contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the respective rental company. You can see who your contracting party is before you book in the "Contracting party" step, in the legal notice on the rental company's profile and in your booking confirmation. The details are set out in our terms of use.
Liability for content and links
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. For information that users post on Rentlo (for example listings, Shorts, comments and reviews), we are responsible in accordance with Articles 4 to 8 DSA and sections 7 to 10 DDG. We are not obliged to monitor this information in general. As soon as we become aware of illegal content, we remove it or disable access to it without undue delay.
Our pages contain links to third-party websites, for example of our partners, whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider is responsible for that content. If we become aware of any infringement, we remove the link concerned.
Copyright and trade mark
The content and works created by us on Rentlo are subject to German copyright law. Content from rental companies and other users is identified as such. Copying, editing and distribution beyond the limits of copyright law require our consent in text form. "Rentlo" is a registered trade mark.
