For simple photos without any set-up in a public space, often not. But for commercial shoots, road closures or larger equipment, frequently yes. The city or municipality is usually responsible. On private property, you need the owner's permission.

Popular choices are sports cars and supercars for modern looks, classic cars and modern classics for a retro mood and American cars for a bold style. For wedding photos, elegant classics or convertibles work well. You can see what's available around Düren in the offers.
