If you've given your flight number, the rental company can track your arrival. Still, let them know briefly as soon as you hear about the delay. Clarify in advance how long they'll wait and whether there are any costs.
Where exactly do I get the car?
You agree this with the rental company, often in the multi-storey car park, at the arrivals area or at a car park nearby. Ask for the meeting point to be described as precisely as possible. Save the rental company's phone number before you board the plane.
Can I return the rental car at the airport?
Yes, if the rental company offers a collection service. You agree the place and time in advance; any costs are shown in the offer or agreed with you. Allow enough time before your flight.
Can I land at night and still get a car?
Some rental companies hand over cars late in the evening or early in the morning, sometimes for a surcharge. Others offer contactless pick-up. Ask about this directly in your request.
Which documents do I need after landing?
Usually your original driving licence and ID card or passport. Depending on the deposit type, you'll also need a card, or you pay the deposit online in advance. Keep your documents in your hand luggage, not in your suitcase.

How the handover at the airport works
Rental companies on Rentlo generally don't have a desk in the terminal. Instead, they bring the car to an agreed meeting point, such as the multi-storey car park, the arrivals area or a car park nearby. Have the meeting point, time and a phone number confirmed in writing.
Flight number and delays
Include your flight number and scheduled arrival time in your request. That way the rental company can track delays and adjust the handover. Clarify in advance how long they'll wait and whether extra costs apply for long delays or night-time arrivals.
Parking fees and delivery costs
Many rental companies charge a surcharge for delivery to the airport, which you can see in the offer. Parking fees may be added if the handover takes place in the car park. Agree in advance who pays these fees, for the return as well.
