Which licence for which scooter?
For scooters up to 50 cc and 45 km/h you need category AM, which in Germany and Austria is included in the category B car licence. For a 125 cc you need category A1; in Germany B196 also works, in Austria B with code 111. Both extensions are only valid in their own country, and Switzerland has its own rules: there, scooters usually require category A1.
