Don't underestimate the payload
With a gross weight of 3.5 tonnes, only a limited payload remains once you subtract the vehicle, driver and passenger. You'll rarely reach it with furniture and boxes, but tiles, drinks or building materials get you there fast. You'll find the figures in the vehicle registration document.
